WCA September General Meeting
Everyone is very welcome to come along to a WCA meeting.
The WCA monthly meetings provide a forum for not only members of the WCA, but all residents of Wamboin, plus local community, social and sporting groups to update on their activities and discuss local issues and concerns. Additionally plans for WCA events such as Bonfire & Fireworks Night or Meet the Candidates sessions are made. The monthly meetings are a great opportunity to meet your neighbours, learn from others and become active in your local community.
| When: | Third Tuesday of every month (except January) |
| Time: | 7:30 pm |
| Where: | Wamboin Community Hall, 112 Bingley Way, Wamboin (next to the Fire Shed) |
In colder months, the fire is pre-lit and roaring by the time the meeting starts. The ‘formal’ meeting is always followed by a much less formal gathering, sharing stories that may become part of Wamboin’s folklore.
Members of the community can seek advice or support from the WCA in matters of local interest or concern. If you wish to raise a subject at a meeting, please initially contact any member of the committee.

There are many craft stalls including jewellery, handmade cards, art work, top quality woodwork, knitted and crocheted goods. We run a high-quality, second-hand clothing stall with donations given to local charities.
And there’s live music.
